二、 學(xué)習(xí)方式和學(xué)習(xí)年限 Study form and duration

1. 學(xué)習(xí)方式為全日制。

Full-time study

2. 學(xué)習(xí)年限一般為3~4年，以具體專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)制為準(zhǔn)，最長(zhǎng)不超過(guò)5年。

Duration of the programs is 3 to 4 years, specific with different program，with the maximum of 5 years.

 

三、申請(qǐng)資格 Eligibility

1. 申請(qǐng)人須是非中國(guó)國(guó)籍公民，持有效外國(guó)護(hù)照，身體健康，品行端正，遵守中國(guó)法律、法規(guī)和學(xué)校的規(guī)章制度。

The applicant should be non-Chinese citizens with valid foreign passports, and should be good in physical and mental health and shall abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules of school.

2. 申請(qǐng)人須具有碩士以上學(xué)位（申請(qǐng)時(shí)尚未畢業(yè)須提供預(yù)畢業(yè)證明，最遲在入學(xué)前取得碩士學(xué)歷學(xué)位證書(shū)）。年齡一般在40周歲以下。

Applicants should hold Master’s degree or above, and should be under the age of 40. Applicants who have not graduated can provide expected graduation certificate for submitting application while the official diploma must be provided before enrollment.

3. 滿(mǎn)足相應(yīng)的語(yǔ)言水平要求（證書(shū)須在有效期內(nèi)） 。

Applicants should meet the corresponding language level requirements (The language proficiency certificate must be within the validity period).

（1）中文授課專(zhuān)業(yè)Programs taught in Chinese：

HSK5級(jí)證書(shū)（180分以上） HSK 5 with scores above 180

（2）英文授課專(zhuān)業(yè)Programs taught in English：

英語(yǔ)能力證明 English proficiency certification

* 母語(yǔ)為漢語(yǔ)或英語(yǔ)者經(jīng)我校認(rèn)定可免交相應(yīng)語(yǔ)言水平證明。

Native speakers of Chinese or English can be exempted from the corresponding language proficiency certificate after being recognized by our university.

四、申請(qǐng)時(shí)間及流程

Application Time and Method

（一）申請(qǐng)時(shí)間 Application Time

1月1日-5月15日 

From 1st January to 15th May

（二）申請(qǐng)流程 Application Procedure

1. 聯(lián)系導(dǎo)師（詳見(jiàn)導(dǎo)師列表）并取得《意向?qū)熗扑]信》（模板見(jiàn)附件）。

Contact the potential supervisor ( Please refer to the list of potential supervisors) and ask for a Letter of Recommendation (See attachment for template) from him/her.

2. 登陸國(guó)際交流學(xué)院網(wǎng)站http://www.4la17kg.xyz/ 在線(xiàn)報(bào)名。

L.og on website of CIE: http://www.4la17kg.xyz to register online.

3. 進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)填寫(xiě)個(gè)人信息和簽證信息，按要求上傳材料和申請(qǐng)費(fèi)支付憑證，提交申請(qǐng)。

Log in system and fill in personal information and visa information, upload documents as required and the payment voucher of application fee, then submit application.

五、申請(qǐng)材料 Application Materials

請(qǐng)?jiān)谏暾?qǐng)前準(zhǔn)備好以下材料，以便在網(wǎng)絡(luò)申請(qǐng)過(guò)程中上傳。

Please prepare the following materials before applying：

1. 碩士畢業(yè)證書(shū)、學(xué)位證書(shū)。應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生可提供就讀大學(xué)出具的預(yù)畢業(yè)證明原件（入學(xué)前必須取得學(xué)位證書(shū)，入學(xué)時(shí)將查驗(yàn)）。

Certificate and diploma of Master's degree. Graduates shall provide pre-graduation certificate. Those who have not graduated from master program submit a pre-graduation certificate which shows your expected graduation time and present your original certification, transcripts, and translations when you register.

2. 碩士階段全部課程的成績(jī)單

The transcripts of all courses during postgraduate period

3. 兩封推薦信（教授或副教授出具，中文/英文書(shū)寫(xiě)，須有推薦人姓名和聯(lián)系方式）

Two Letters of Recommendation (Signed by professors or associate professors in Chinese or English with the name of the referral and contact information)

4. 一份個(gè)人陳述（1500字左右，用英文或中文撰寫(xiě)。內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括：擬報(bào)讀專(zhuān)業(yè)與導(dǎo)師、個(gè)人學(xué)習(xí)與工作經(jīng)歷、學(xué)術(shù)研究成果等）

One piece of Self-statement (around 1500 words, and written in English or Chinese, and should include: the intended major and supervisor, personal experience of study and work, academic research results etc.)

12.申請(qǐng)廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金者請(qǐng)下載《廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)表》填寫(xiě)完整后再上傳。

Applicants for Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship, please download the form, fill it out and upload it.

* 除上述申請(qǐng)材料外，申請(qǐng)人須根據(jù)我校的要求，按時(shí)提交其他補(bǔ)充材料。

In addition to the application materials detailed above, applicants should submit other supplementary materials required by SZU in time.

* 以上材料均須中文或英文版本，其他語(yǔ)種須提供翻譯件的公證件。

Documents other than Chinese or English are required to be translated and notarized.

* 申請(qǐng)材料不全者不予受理。不論錄取與否，以上材料一律不予退還。

Applicants who provide incomplete materials will not be accepted. The materials above won’t be returned whether you are admitted or not.

六、錄取流程 Admission Procedure

1. 在申請(qǐng)截止后，我校組織專(zhuān)家評(píng)審小組對(duì)申請(qǐng)資料進(jìn)行審核。博士留學(xué)生的錄取主要對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行專(zhuān)業(yè)水平和語(yǔ)言能力等的綜合考核，如有需要，可安排遠(yuǎn)程或當(dāng)面面試。

After the application deadline, SZU will organize a panel of experts to review the application documents. SZU will admit doctoral applicants based on the overall assessment of theirs scores and all other supporting documents. During the process, long-distance or face-to-face interviews will be conducted, if necessary.

2. 6月，預(yù)錄取結(jié)果將以郵件形式通知學(xué)生。學(xué)生也可在網(wǎng)申系統(tǒng)查詢(xún)錄取進(jìn)展。

In June, pre-admission results will be sent to applicants by email and admission results can be checked through the online application system.

3. 7月，確定最終錄取的學(xué)生名單，并按照學(xué)生在網(wǎng)上報(bào)名系統(tǒng)填寫(xiě)的郵寄地址寄送錄取材料原件。

In July, after confirmation of the list of admitted applicants, admission materials will be posted to applicants according to the address provided by the applicants on the application form.

4. 被錄取的學(xué)生持《錄取通知書(shū)》和來(lái)華學(xué)習(xí)簽證申請(qǐng)表(JW202)到中國(guó)使館申請(qǐng)X1簽證，在抵達(dá)中國(guó)后30天內(nèi)將X1簽證轉(zhuǎn)換成學(xué)習(xí)類(lèi)居留許可，逾期不辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)者，將做退學(xué)處理。學(xué)校不接受持非學(xué)習(xí)類(lèi)簽證的學(xué)生報(bào)到入學(xué)。

Admitted students should apply for the X1 visa at the Chinese Embassy (or Chinese Consulate) in their countries of residence with “Shenzhen University Admission Notice” and “Visa Application for Study in China (JW202)”, and change X1 visa into Residence Permit for foreign students within 30 days after entering China. Students who don’t apply for the relevant visa and Residence Permit will have to drop out. SZU doesn’t accept students with non-student visas for enrollment.

5. 被錄取的學(xué)生須根據(jù)《錄取通知書(shū)》上所寫(xiě)的報(bào)到日期和地點(diǎn)來(lái)校報(bào)到注冊(cè)，不接受學(xué)生提前報(bào)到。

Admitted students must register on-site on the date and at the address stated in “Shenzhen University Admission Notice”. Attempts to register early will not be accepted. 

6. 報(bào)到時(shí)將核驗(yàn)碩士學(xué)歷學(xué)位證書(shū)原件、語(yǔ)言水平證書(shū)等。未能提供證書(shū)或證書(shū)核驗(yàn)不通過(guò)者，將被取消錄取資格。

The original master degree certificate, language proficiency certificate, etc. will be checked again at the time of registration. Those who fail to provide certificate document or fail the certificate verification will be canceled the admission.

七、費(fèi)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Fees Standard

1. 申請(qǐng)費(fèi)：400元人民幣/60美金，申請(qǐng)費(fèi)一經(jīng)支付，一律不予退還。未按時(shí)支付申請(qǐng)費(fèi)的申請(qǐng)不予受理。

提交申請(qǐng)時(shí)，請(qǐng)將申請(qǐng)費(fèi)匯入我校指定賬號(hào)。

Application Fee: 400 RMB/ 60 USD. Once the application fee is paid, it will be non-refundable. Applications will not be reviewed for those who have not paid the application fee.

Application fee should be paid to the designated account of SZU by wire transfer before submitting the application.

2. 學(xué)費(fèi)：文科類(lèi)：34000元/年

理工科類(lèi)：40000元/年

醫(yī)學(xué)/藝術(shù)/體育類(lèi)：52000 元/年

Tuition Fee for Liberal Arts: 34,000 RMB/year

Tuition Fee for Science and Engineering: 40,000 RMB/year

Tuition Fee for Medicine/Arts/Physical: 52,000 RMB/year

3. 住宿與保險(xiǎn) Accommodation and Insurance

（1）住宿：校內(nèi)宿舍設(shè)置單人間和雙人間可供選擇，費(fèi)用為2400-8000RMB/人/學(xué)期。學(xué)生需按所選房型自行繳納住宿費(fèi)。（水電費(fèi)另外計(jì)收）

Accommodation: single rooms and double rooms are all available. The fees vary from 2,400 to 8,000 RMB for per student per semester. Students need to pay for the selected type of dormitory by themselves. (Water and electricity charges are not included)

（2）保險(xiǎn)：800元/學(xué)年。外國(guó)留學(xué)生須購(gòu)買(mǎi)我校指定的團(tuán)體綜合保險(xiǎn)，注冊(cè)報(bào)到時(shí)到國(guó)際交流學(xué)院購(gòu)買(mǎi)，對(duì)于未按要求購(gòu)買(mǎi)保險(xiǎn)者，我校將不予辦理入學(xué)注冊(cè)手續(xù)。

Insurance: 800RMB/year. International students should purchase the group all-risk insurance designated by SZU. Students are required to purchase insurance from the College of International Exchange on registration day. Those who do not purchase the insurance as required will not be able to get registered.

荔園獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金 Liyuan International Scholarship	一等 First class honor	免學(xué)費(fèi)，并提供 72000 元/年生活補(bǔ)助，按月發(fā)放； Tuition waiver + living allowance of 6000 CNY/month
	二等 Second class honor	免學(xué)費(fèi)，并提供 60000 元/年生活補(bǔ)助，按月發(fā)放； Tuition waiver + living allowance of 5000 CNY/month
	三等 Third class honor	免學(xué)費(fèi)，并提供 48000 元/年生活補(bǔ)助，按月發(fā)放。 Tuition waiver + living allowance of 4000 CNY/month
博士導(dǎo)師為所招收的留學(xué)博士生每年提供不少于12000元的津貼，用于科研補(bǔ)貼或?qū)W術(shù)交流。 Supervisors will provide an annual allowance of no less than 12,000 CNY for his/her recruited international doctoral candidates, which shall be used for scientific research subsidies or academic exchanges.

*延長(zhǎng)學(xué)習(xí)期間的第一年，留學(xué)博士生可享受學(xué)?；惊?jiǎng)助學(xué)金，之后的延長(zhǎng)學(xué)習(xí)期間不再享受上述待遇。

Students can have preferential treatment such as scholarships, grants fees for the first extended year of study. Such preferential treatment is not available from the second extended year of study.
