根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)外國(guó)人出入境管理?xiàng)l例》第二十二條的規(guī)定，現(xiàn)制定了我校外國(guó)留學(xué)生校外實(shí)習(xí)申請(qǐng)指引。

留學(xué)生校外實(shí)習(xí)是指學(xué)歷留學(xué)生按照學(xué)校教學(xué)培養(yǎng)方案組織實(shí)施的，不獲取任何勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬（車(chē)貼、餐貼除外）的校外實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。

（一）條件要求

1.須為在校學(xué)歷留學(xué)生，并取得居留許可；

2.不得同時(shí)在兩個(gè)（含）以上單位從事校外實(shí)習(xí)活動(dòng)；

3.實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容應(yīng)與本人學(xué)習(xí)專(zhuān)業(yè)相關(guān)；

4.實(shí)習(xí)單位已在深圳市公安局出入境管理局備案登記；

5.實(shí)習(xí)期間，單位須為實(shí)習(xí)生購(gòu)買(mǎi)人身意外傷害保險(xiǎn)；

6.每次申請(qǐng)有效期一般不超過(guò)半年。

（二）辦理流程

1.在國(guó)際交流學(xué)院網(wǎng)站上下載《深圳大學(xué)外國(guó)留學(xué)生辦理居留證件加注校外實(shí)習(xí)申請(qǐng)表》；

2.學(xué)生與實(shí)習(xí)單位簽訂實(shí)習(xí)協(xié)議書(shū)；

3.到所屬學(xué)院提出實(shí)習(xí)申請(qǐng)，學(xué)院同意后，由分管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在《深圳大學(xué)外國(guó)留學(xué)生辦理居留證件加注校外實(shí)習(xí)申請(qǐng)表》上簽字蓋章；

4.將《深圳大學(xué)外國(guó)留學(xué)生辦理居留證件加注校外實(shí)習(xí)申請(qǐng)表》和實(shí)習(xí)協(xié)議書(shū)遞交至國(guó)際交流學(xué)院，國(guó)際交流學(xué)院審批同意后出具《外國(guó)留學(xué)生校外實(shí)習(xí)同意函》；

5. 持相關(guān)材料至出入境管理局辦理居留許可加注校外實(shí)習(xí)。

（三）注意事項(xiàng)

1.加注校外實(shí)習(xí)可與居留許可申請(qǐng)同時(shí)辦理，須提交其他辦理居留許可的相應(yīng)材料；

2. 外國(guó)留學(xué)生應(yīng)在加注手續(xù)辦理完畢并取得相應(yīng)回執(zhí)后才能從事校外實(shí)習(xí)活動(dòng)；

3. 學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)期間如有違法違規(guī)行為，學(xué)校將取消其居留許可，并按照規(guī)定給予處罰；

4. 學(xué)生如在實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中發(fā)生物品的壞損或丟失、與他人沖突、急性疾病、意外事故等，學(xué)校不承擔(dān)因意外傷亡或個(gè)人的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失而產(chǎn)生的任何法律責(zé)任和相關(guān)的費(fèi)用。

uidance on application for off-campus internship with addition endorsement to residence permit for international degree students

According to the Article 22 regulation of “The People’s Republic of China on Control of The Entry and Exit of Aliens”,the application guidelines for off-campus internships for degree international students of Shenzhen University have been formulated.

Off-campus internships for international students refers international degree students conduct extracurricular off-campus internship without getting payment (except subsidy for transportation and meals) according to the school's teaching and training plan.

(1) Conditions &Requirements:

1. Must be an international degree student and obtain a residence permit.

2. Do not engage in off-campus internship activities in two (include or above) units at the same time.

3. The content of the internship should be related to student’s major.

4. The internship unit has been registered with the Entry-exitAdministration Office of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau.

5. During the internship, the unit must purchase personal accident insurance for the student.

6. The validity period of each application generally does not exceed half a year.

(2) Procedures:

1. Download the Application Form forOff-campus Internship for International Students of SZU from the website of College of International Exchange.

2. Sign an internship agreement with the employer.

3. Go to the belonging college to apply for internship. After the college agrees, the leader in charge will sign and stamp on the application form.

4. Submit the Application Form forOff-campus Internship for International Students of SZU and internship agreement to the College of International Exchange, and the College of International Exchange will issue a "Letter of Approval for Off-campus Internship for International Students".

5. Bring relevant documents to the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau to apply for a residence permit with addition endorsement for off-campus internship.

(3) Cautions:

1. Addition endorsement for off-campus internship can be processed at the same time as the residence permit application, and other relevant materials for the residence permit must be submitted.

2. International students can only engage in off-campus internship activities after completing the filling procedures and obtaining the corresponding receipt.

3. If students violate laws or regulations during the internship, the school will cancel their residence permit and impose penalties in accordance with regulations.

4. If students experience damage or loss of items, conflicts with others, acute illness, accidents, etc. during the internship, the school does not bear any legal liability and related expenses arising from accidental casualties or personal economic losses.
