一、私人事務(wù)類(lèi)居留許可（加注“創(chuàng)業(yè)”）

國(guó)際學(xué)歷學(xué)生畢業(yè)后，具有在廣東省創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿的，可以申請(qǐng)2年私人事務(wù)類(lèi)居留許可（加注“創(chuàng)業(yè)”），進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)。

具體申請(qǐng)材料和要求如下：

1）本人有效護(hù)照；

2）《外國(guó)人住宿登記表》

3)廣東省外國(guó)人簽證相片一張及該相片的《檢測(cè)回執(zhí)》

4)創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)

5)畢業(yè)證書(shū)

6) 在深圳市公安局官網(wǎng)http://ga.sz.gov.cn/預(yù)約辦理，然后打印出《外國(guó)人簽證證件申請(qǐng)表》

二. 停留證件

國(guó)際學(xué)生畢業(yè)或結(jié)業(yè)后（包括學(xué)歷生和語(yǔ)言生），在所持學(xué)習(xí)類(lèi)居留證件有效期內(nèi)未能離境的，國(guó)際學(xué)生可申請(qǐng)辦理有效期不超過(guò)30天的停留簽證。

具體申請(qǐng)材料和要求如下：

1) 本人有效護(hù)照

2) 《外國(guó)人住宿登記表》

3)  廣東省外國(guó)人簽證相片一張及該相片的《檢測(cè)回執(zhí)》

4) 畢業(yè)證書(shū)、結(jié)業(yè)證書(shū)或就讀院校出具的結(jié)束學(xué)習(xí)證明

5) 在深圳市公安局官網(wǎng)http://ga.sz.gov.cn/預(yù)約辦理，然后打印出《外國(guó)人簽證證件申請(qǐng)表》

Visa Application Guide for Graduate (Completion)

1.    Residence Permit for Private Affairs (Marked Entrepreneurship)

After international degree students graduated, students who have the willingness to start a business in Guangdong Province can apply a 2 year residence permit for private affairs (Marked Entrepreneurship) to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship.

The specific application materials and requirements are as follows:

(1)  A valid passport

(2)  Registration form of temporary accommodation for foreigners

(3)  Visa photos and a photo receipt

(4)  Business Plan

(5)  Diploma

(6)  Make an appointment on the official website of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau http://ga.sz.gov.cn/, and then print out the "Foreigner Visa Application Form"

2.    Stay Permit

International students who have not leave the country within the validity period of their residence permit after graduation or completion (including degree and language students) can apply for a stay visa with a validity period of no more than 30 days.

The specific application materials and requirements are as follows:

(1)  Passport

(2)  Registration form of temporary accommodation for foreigners

(3)  Visa photos and a photo receipt

(4)  Diploma, certificate of completion or a Proof of completion of study issued by the school that you attended

(5)  Make an appointment on the official website of Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau http://ga.sz.gov.cn/, and then print out the "Foreigner Visa Application Form"
