Guidelines for International Students to Pay Tuition Fees

語(yǔ)言生每個(gè)學(xué)期的學(xué)費(fèi)為RMB8800元(USD1250)，新生還需要繳納一次報(bào)名費(fèi)RMB200元(USD30)。

The tuition fee for a language student is RMB 8，800 (USD1，250) per semester. New language student need to pay a registration fee of RMB 200(USD30).

一、在中國(guó)境內(nèi)的學(xué)生

Students staying in China

繳費(fèi)學(xué)生將姓名、護(hù)照號(hào)碼發(fā)給班主任，學(xué)院財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)將非稅繳納通知書(shū)（PDF文件）發(fā)給學(xué)生，學(xué)生將其打印出來(lái)后可直接到銀行柜臺(tái)繳納學(xué)費(fèi)。

Students who need to pay tuition fee please send your name andPassport Number to your head teacher and then financial office of CIE will send you a Non-Tax Payment Notice in PDF format.After that, you can print Non-Tax Payment Notice out and go tothebank to pay tuition fee.

二、在中國(guó)境外的學(xué)生

Students staying outside of China

說(shuō)明：需要發(fā)票的學(xué)生只能選擇第3種繳費(fèi)方式，選擇第1、第2種方式繳費(fèi)的學(xué)生需在北京時(shí)間4月12日23:00前完成。

Notes:Students who need the invoice can only choose the third payment method, and those who choose the firstor second payment method should complete the payment before 23:00 on April 12, Beijing time.

1、持有中國(guó)大陸境內(nèi)的中國(guó)銀行借記卡

的學(xué)生，請(qǐng)?jiān)谫~戶(hù)中存入足額學(xué)費(fèi)的人民幣，并登陸國(guó)際交流學(xué)院網(wǎng)站進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)完善個(gè)人銀行賬戶(hù)信息（如下圖），等待學(xué)?？鄢龑W(xué)費(fèi)即可。

For students who are holding a debit cardof Bank of China issuedinmainlandChina, please deposit the full tuition in RMB in your account andthen loginin thewebsite of CIE to enter the system to fill in your personal bank accountinformation (as shown in figure below) and thenwait for the school to deduct the tuition fee.

2、持有中國(guó)大陸境內(nèi)的中國(guó)銀行借記卡的學(xué)生，如目前帳戶(hù)中沒(méi)有足額人民幣，但已經(jīng)開(kāi)通手機(jī)銀行的，將等額學(xué)費(fèi)的外幣轉(zhuǎn)入自己的中國(guó)銀行卡中，然后登錄中國(guó)銀行手機(jī)銀行進(jìn)行購(gòu)匯（購(gòu)匯具體操作如下圖），并登陸國(guó)際交流學(xué)院網(wǎng)站進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)完善個(gè)人銀行賬戶(hù)信息（如上圖）。學(xué)校將會(huì)扣除您的學(xué)費(fèi)。

and have already opened mobile banking service, if you do not have enough RMB in your current account, you can use the bankingservices on your mobile phone and transfer an amount of foreigncurrency in equivalent to the amount ofthetuition fee in value to yourdebit card of Bank of China issued in mainland China, andthen loginin theBank of China online banking services to purchase foreign currency (RMB)(the guidelinesfor the purchasing offoreigncurrencies is shown below), and then login in the website of CIE to enter the system to fill in your personal bank account information( as shown in figure above), and the tuition fee will be deducted by the school.
