一、學(xué)歷生收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

1.學(xué)費(fèi)：與2019年秋學(xué)期學(xué)費(fèi)一致；

2.報(bào)名費(fèi)：無(wú)

3.保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)：400元（有效期至2020年8月31日，在中國(guó)大陸境內(nèi)的學(xué)生必須購(gòu)買(mǎi)保險(xiǎn)）

4.住宿費(fèi)

（1）目前在校內(nèi)住宿的，需全額繳納住宿費(fèi)；

（2）目前不在校內(nèi)的學(xué)生，請(qǐng)登錄國(guó)際交流學(xué)院網(wǎng)站進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)完成“是否需要保留原宿舍（床位）”的選擇（見(jiàn)下圖）。如果需要保留原宿舍原床位，需繳納一個(gè)月的住宿費(fèi)作為床位保留和宿舍管理費(fèi)。

特別說(shuō)明：目前不在校內(nèi)，但已經(jīng)繳納床位保留和宿舍管理費(fèi)的學(xué)生，如果收到返校通知后返校住宿，需補(bǔ)繳住宿費(fèi)用。補(bǔ)繳住宿費(fèi)用按實(shí)際住宿月份（不足一個(gè)月的按一個(gè)月算）計(jì)算。

二、繳費(fèi)截止日期

請(qǐng)于北京時(shí)間2020年4月12日23:00前完成學(xué)費(fèi)繳納或轉(zhuǎn)賬。學(xué)校于4月13日進(jìn)行學(xué)費(fèi)的統(tǒng)一劃扣，屆時(shí)未繳納學(xué)費(fèi)的學(xué)生請(qǐng)將未繳費(fèi)情況說(shuō)明或休（退）學(xué)申請(qǐng)發(fā)至郵箱[email protected]。學(xué)校于4月20日前對(duì)完成選課整理，對(duì)未繳納的學(xué)生統(tǒng)一取消選課，并通知離開(kāi)上課群。

特別說(shuō)明：本學(xué)期沒(méi)有選擇繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)（包括未繳納學(xué)費(fèi)、退學(xué)、休學(xué)）的學(xué)生，學(xué)校將于5月1日前統(tǒng)一取消其有效的學(xué)習(xí)居留許可。

三、學(xué)費(fèi)的繳納方式1.持有中國(guó)大陸境內(nèi)的中國(guó)銀行借記卡

的學(xué)生，在賬戶(hù)內(nèi)準(zhǔn)備足額學(xué)費(fèi)，并登陸國(guó)際交流學(xué)院網(wǎng)站進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)完善個(gè)人銀行賬戶(hù)信息（見(jiàn)上圖），以待學(xué)校統(tǒng)一劃扣。需要發(fā)票的同學(xué)不能選擇由學(xué)校統(tǒng)一劃扣的付費(fèi)方式。

（1）直接在賬戶(hù)中存入足額學(xué)費(fèi)的人民幣；

（2）如目前帳戶(hù)中沒(méi)有足額人民幣，但已經(jīng)開(kāi)通手機(jī)銀行的，將等額學(xué)費(fèi)的外幣轉(zhuǎn)入自己的中國(guó)銀行卡中，然后登錄中國(guó)銀行手機(jī)銀行進(jìn)行購(gòu)匯（購(gòu)匯具體操作詳見(jiàn)附件1《中國(guó)銀行手機(jī)銀行購(gòu)匯具體操作》）。

2.沒(méi)有中國(guó)大陸境內(nèi)的中國(guó)銀行借記卡

或中國(guó)銀行卡內(nèi)沒(méi)有足額學(xué)費(fèi)的，以及需要發(fā)票的學(xué)生

（1）目前在中國(guó)境內(nèi)或可以請(qǐng)中國(guó)境內(nèi)同學(xué)朋友幫忙的，繳費(fèi)學(xué)生將姓名、護(hù)照號(hào)碼發(fā)給班主任，學(xué)院財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)將非稅繳納通知書(shū)（PDF文件）發(fā)給學(xué)生，學(xué)生或其同學(xué)朋友可直接到銀行柜臺(tái)繳納學(xué)費(fèi)。

（2）目前還在中國(guó)境外的學(xué)生，將學(xué)費(fèi)以人民幣或等額美金匯款至深圳大學(xué)賬戶(hù)，在備注欄填寫(xiě)“學(xué)生護(hù)照號(hào)+tuition”，并將轉(zhuǎn)款人護(hù)照?qǐng)D片和轉(zhuǎn)賬憑證截圖發(fā)到郵箱[email protected]。

五、住宿費(fèi)的繳納方式

1.目前在校的學(xué)生，住宿費(fèi)的繳納直接聯(lián)系劉威老師；

2.需要申請(qǐng)保留原床位的學(xué)生，繳款方式與學(xué)費(fèi)一致。但是采用轉(zhuǎn)賬方式支付的，請(qǐng)將床位保留及宿舍管理費(fèi)與學(xué)費(fèi)分開(kāi)支付，并在床位保留及宿舍管理費(fèi)的轉(zhuǎn)賬時(shí)備注填寫(xiě)“護(hù)照號(hào)+宿舍房號(hào)（XX樓xxx）+Dormitory”。住宿費(fèi)請(qǐng)查看附件3《深圳大學(xué)留學(xué)生宿舍費(fèi)一覽表》。

Relevant Fee Description and Payment Guidelines for Degree Students

1.Tuition Fee for Degree Students

①Tuition: Same amount as fall semester 2019

②A(yíng)pplication fee: None

③Insurance: 400 Yuan (Valid until August.31.2020, international Students in China must purchase this insurance)

④Accommodation Fee:

A. If you are currently staying on campus, you must pay the accommodation fee in full amount.

B. If you are currently not staying on campus, please log in to the website of the College of International Exchange to complete the form with your decision of "Whether to retain campus lodging or not" (as shown below). If you intent to reserve your old room in the dormitory building, one month's rent should be paid in advance as a non-refundable deposit.

N.B.: For students who are currently not on campus, but have paid the non-refundable deposit, if you decide to live in the dormitory after receiving the return notice, you need to pay the rest of your rent based on the actual length of your stay (Less than one month shall be counted as one month).

2.Payment Deadline

Please complete the tuition payment or transfer before 23:00 on April 12^th, 2020 ,Beijing Time. The school will make the deduction on April 13^th. Students who failed to pay the tuition fee before that time shall send an email to [email protected] to explain the situation which has resulted in the unpaid tuition fee or with your application for suspension or dropout. The university will finish all the course selection by April 20^th, and cancel the course selection of those students who have failed to pay, and notify them to leave the class group.

N.B.: For Students who choose not to continue with their study (including those who fail to pay for the tuition fee, or choose to drop out, or to suspend) for this semester, the university will cancel their study residence permit by May 1^st.

3.How to pay tuition

①For students who are holding a debit card issued in mainland China

, please deposit the full tuition in your account , log into the website of the College of International Exchange to enter the system and fill in your personal bank account information (as shown above) and wait for the school to deduct the tuition fee.Students who need invoices cannot choose the payment method of deducted by the school.

A.Deposit the full amount of tuition of RMB directly in the account;

B. For students who do not have enough RMB in their current account, you can use the banking services on your mobile phone and transfer an amount of your currency in equivalency to the amount of the tuition fee to your debit card in China. Then login to Bank of China online banking services to purchase foreign currency (RMB) (the guidelines for the purchasing of foreign currencies is shown inattachment 1 “Specific operation of purchasing foreign exchange by mobile banking of Bank of China ")

②Thosewho are not holding a debit card issued in mainland China

ordo not have the full tuition in their current account of Bank of China ,and students who need the invoice

A. If you are currently in China, you can ask your classmate or friend in China to help you to pay, the students who are paying tuition please provide your name and passport number to your head teacher, the financial office of College of International Exchange will send an non-tax payment notice (PDF file) to you, you or your classmate or friend can pay the tuition directly at the bank counter.

B. For students outside China, please remit money in RMB or USdollars to the account of Shenzhen University, and please remark student’s passport number +tuition, and send the transferee’s passport page and screenshot of transfer voucher to mail address:[email protected].

5.How to pay accommodation fee

①For students currently living in campus, please contact Teacher Liuwei for paying accommodation fee

②Students who need to apply for reservation of the original bed, the payment method is the same as the tuition fee. However, if you pay by transfer, please pay separately with the Bed reservation, dormitory management fee and the tuition fee, fill in a remark with "passport number + dormitory room number (XX building xxx) + Dormitory ". For the accommodation fee, please refer to attachment3 "List of Dormitory Fees for International Students of Shenzhen University".
