報告簡介:Based on empirical likelihood method, we investigate statistical inference in partially linear single-index quantile regression with high dimensional linear and single-index parameters when the observations are missing at random, which allows the response or covariates or response and covariates simultaneously missing. In particular, applying B-spline approximation to the unknown link function, we establish asymptotic normality of bias-corrected empirical likelihood ratio function and maximum empirical likelihood estimator of the parameters; variable selection are considered by using the SCAD penalty. Meanwhile, we propose a penalized empirical likelihood ratio statistic to test hypothesis, and prove its asymptotically chi-square distribution under the null hypothesis. Also, simulation study and a real data analysis are conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed methods.
報告人簡介:同濟大學數學科學學院教授,博士生導師。1997年博士畢業于武漢大學,1997-1999年在中國科技大學作博士后研究。主持過國家自然科學基金面上項目5項、國際合作項目1項和教育部項目2項,發表學術論文140余篇,曾獲得第十一屆全國統計科研優秀成果獎二等獎 、重慶市自然科學二等獎以及安徽省自然科學三等獎。
研究興趣:不完全數據的統計分析,經驗似然,分位數回歸,變點分析,高維數據分析,貝葉斯分析。
現為中國現場統計研究會生存分析分會常務理事,中國現場統計研究會高維數據統計分會常務理事,中國現場統計研究會大數據統計分會常務理事。
